Biotin is taken once a day Not twice! With food . Eat well. Drink your water through out the day❤
I thought I took a large dose 1000 but no it seems 5000 is normal 10000 above average and 20000 is the highest. I'm a hairy man in general I can't imagine what I'd turn into on 20000. I'd turn into a sci-fi creature.

Lol I just kept my skin hydrated with baby oil and Vaseline it helped actually 😂
You have to drink lots of water taking biotin, you have to stay hydrated especially when taking consistent dosages, 5,000 mcg ,10,000 mcg you have to drink plenty water

Yeah I don’t know how dosages work so I think I took like 50,000 in the gummy’s so I know I have to drink a lot of water I’m gonna drink like 7 cups right now

I had the 10000 mcg biotin bottles and was taking them daily, and my hair started to fall out, found out it was biotin overdose and that my friend only took those pills every month or so.

You overdosed although you can’t die from a Biotene overdose cause it’s water soluble but when you take too much you need a lot of water for it to break down
I take 20,000 mcg a day I’ve notice the breakouts but water stoped that over all my hair and skin looks awesome now

I took the same dose 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. 10,000 mg dose and I broke out in small itch pimples on my foot and arms and figures. I still have it as we speak! But I stop taking biotin:/ yes it kinda of make u flip out cuz your like what the heck!! But I will continue to take biotin once I’m clear !

You don’t take enough water coz u should drink a lot a lot of water when I take biotin
I know you don’t get eczema from taking biotin. But granted I’ve never ever seen my skin do this until taking biotin so it could’ve been something else. On that note I do not and will not take biotin.
I developed eczema on my face from taking biotin
